The County of Derby would like to provide an update to supporters regarding the club’s ticketing and parking operations on match days.

Ticket office hours

The Pride Park stadium ticket office is now open six days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Supporters can also call the ticket office on 0871 472 1884 (option 1), but please note that calls cost 13 pence per minute plus access charges from your telephone company and that we are currently experiencing a high number of calls.

There is also the possibility to send an e-mail [email protected] with the helpdesk operational from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The option to purchase match tickets online is also available 24 hours a day via dcfc.co.uk.

Half-season tickets

Half-season tickets are now available and will be on sale until Monday, December 27.

Applicable from the time Derby hosts West Bromwich Albion at Pride Park Stadium in their final home game of 2021, discounted half-season tickets are the perfect way to secure your preferred seat for the second half of the campaign. , and include 12 home league games and the option to purchase tickets before they go on general sale.

With prices based on a 20% reduction off the price of match tickets and starting at £ 56 for children (6-12 years), £ 112 for juniors (13-17 years), £ 168 for children young adults (18-21 years old) and For seniors (65 years old and over) and £ 224 for adults (22-64 years old), half-season tickets also make the perfect Christmas or birthday present for any Rams fan. And don’t forget, babies (2-5 years old) are entitled to FREE tickets!

Subscription cards

The club announced at the end of October that the season ticket cards have been delivered and are applicable from the home game against AFC Bournemouth on Sunday 21 November (kick-off 12 p.m.).

Season pass holders are encouraged to withdraw their cards and, if useful, those of family, friends and colleagues (by providing the appropriate FanIDs) within the next few weeks via the Pride Park Stadium ticket office, but are politely asked not to leave collection until the last minute if you plan to attend the AFC Bournemouth game.

There will be a mail-in option for those who cannot collect their cards in person, details of which will be announced in mid-November.

Car park

The club also recently provided an update regarding first team parking on match day.

In collaboration with Derby City Council, an online reservation system for the Pride Park Stadium car park priced at £ 8.50 became operational during the home game against the Blackburn Rovers.

Holders of a Seasonal Parking Package are not required to book online but must continue to display their parking sign the same day to avoid incurring a fine.

Holders of a non-seasonal parking pass are advised that parking in car park A or B without a reservation via the link provided below may incur a fine.
